TBD1. Melnik is a city museum renowned for its centuries-long wine-making tradition. It also has the reputation of being the smallest city in Bulgaria. Melnik is built in an area filled with beautiful sand pyramids forming bizarre shapes. The steep terrain around created the specific Melnik architectural style: houses perched one above the other.
