Nadur Carnival is an annual street party during which thousands of people try to outsmart each other with extravagant, grotesque, and hilarious costumes. It is not organized by any committee and subsequently, no rules apply!

Moors and Christians is a romantic reenactment of a battle between Moors invaders and local Christians. If features more than 10000 “troops” dressed in jaw-dropping costumes. Most of them will have a “fight” using real medieval guns and real gunpowder, which will make Alcoy streets full of smoke and soul-shattering rumble.
